Phone Sherpa provides content conversion and other services through the Site (the “Service”). We are pleased to provide this privacy policy to inform you of our practices with respect to how we collect and use personally identifiable information about visitors to the Site and users of the Service. Because any other personally identifiable information you submit to Phone Sherpa is purely voluntary and should not be of a particularly sensitive nature, we employ our standard security measures with respect this information and do not use special encryption methods at this time.
Public Forums. Phone Sherpa may make available to users, chat rooms, forums, message boards, and newsgroups. Any information disclosed in these areas, or otherwise submitted to Phone Sherpa for publication, becomes public information and is no longer within the shield of this privacy statement. Use extreme caution when disclosing personal information through any of the above-mentioned communication mechanisms. In addition, Phone Sherpa may use comments posted in public areas about the Site or Phone Sherpa’s services for editorial purposes or in promotional, advertising or marketing materials. Collection of Information From Children. Users must be 18 years of age or older to create an account. Phone Sherpa has no interest in collecting information people under 18 years of age.
